Exchanges & Refunds
For all purchases made on our site it will always be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal based on the provisions of the Consumer Code, within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the product. Returned products must have the “Authentic” seal and be completely new, ie unworn and in their original packaging perfectly intact. They must not contain signs of wear or use.
To initiate an exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will send you a return shipping label, as well as all instructions on how and where to send your package. Items that are returned to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Upon receipt of the package, our team will judge the status of the returned goods. No exchange will be accepted if the returned product is made unsuitable for sale, as well as if the returned product does not match the one originally ordered.
We will notify you once your product has been received and inspected whether the change has been approved or not. If approved, a member of our Team will contact you by email or telephone number to proceed with the issue of a refund by means of a credit to be used for subsequent purchases (to be used within a maximum of 7 days).
Remember that processing of the exchange can take some time.
